Digital Product License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of all digital products purchased from softskymedia.com

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any of our digital products, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

5. Educational Content

6. Intellectual Property

All digital products, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, graphics, prompts, music, templates, branding, logos, text, and other materials, remain the exclusive intellectual property of softskymedia.com

Purchasing a product provides you with a license to use it under this Agreement. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.

7. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate any part of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the product and permanently delete all copies in your possession.

8. Disclaimer

Our products are provided for educational, informational, and creative purposes.

While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality content, we do not guarantee any specific business, financial, marketing, or creative results from using our products.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, softskymedia.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any of our digital products.

10. Changes to this Agreement
